No Oats Protein Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of smooth, unsweetened almond butter (can use nut butter of choice) 
  • 2 scoops of vanilla or chocolate vegan protein powder 
  • 2 Tablespoons of almond flour
  • 2 Tablespoon of honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2-1 cup of plant-based milk
  • 1/4 cup of ground flaxseed, cinnamon, and coconut sugar (for coating)

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients
  2. Form into balls, about a tablespoon in size
  3. Roll in coating mixture
  4. Place in fridge for up to 2 weeks or freezer for up to 2 months
