No Oats Protein Balls
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of smooth, unsweetened almond butter (can use nut butter of choice)
- 2 scoops of vanilla or chocolate vegan protein powder
- 2 Tablespoons of almond flour
- 2 Tablespoon of honey or maple syrup
- 1/2-1 cup of plant-based milk
- 1/4 cup of ground flaxseed, cinnamon, and coconut sugar (for coating)
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients
- Form into balls, about a tablespoon in size
- Roll in coating mixture
- Place in fridge for up to 2 weeks or freezer for up to 2 months
